Building construction (residential, commercial, industrial and institutional), civil engineering and drainage works, refurbishment and remodelling, general maintenance, and all the specialist trades — electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring, painting and paving. We also offer full project management as a standalone service.

Topdeck Construction (Pvt) Ltd is the successor to Jutech Building Contractors. The directors, management and core site staff are unchanged. Jutech operated from 1999 and delivered the project record presented on this site; Topdeck was incorporated in November 2024 to continue that work under a new corporate entity.

Our head office and yard are in Waterfalls, Harare, and the majority of our projects are within Harare and the surrounding districts. We have also delivered works in Chitungwiza, Domboshava, Ruwa and further afield — and are willing to mobilise anywhere in Zimbabwe.

We offer both. Our senior management includes qualified quantity surveyors and project managers, and we can prepare drawings, specifications and bills of quantities if the client does not already have them. Where a client has their own architect or engineer, we work to their documentation.

We price against a defined scope, using measured quantities and rates — not guesswork. For larger works a bill of quantities is prepared. We tie payments to measurable progress milestones and hold a retention of 5–10% until the end of the defects liability period.

Yes. We are a fully registered Zimbabwean private limited company, and we maintain ZIMRA and NSSA compliance. We are a member of the Zimbabwe Building Contractors Association (ZBCA), and we maintain PRAZ registration so that we can bid for public-sector tenders and government contracts.
