Topdeck Construction Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned indigenous company formed with the objective of specialising in building construction works, maintenance works, refurbishments and civil works.
Topdeck Construction replaces Jutech Construction and comes in to pursue its objectives and advance from where Jutech left — the directors, management and staff remain unchanged for continuation purposes.
Jutech Building Contractors was registered on 11 October 1999 (Reg. No. 10581/99). Topdeck Construction is registered under Reg. No. 20074A02112024 — bringing forward the same proven team, expertise and standards.
Controlled by two directors on equal shareholding — both bringing decades of hands-on construction experience.
A qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked for various construction companies in Zimbabwe. He boasts vast experience having worked for Grineker Construction, F.M.I Contracting and Mutual Construction in various senior positions.
Mr. Rwambiwa has handled major projects including the Construction of Cresta Lodge, Noczim House and the Aquatic Complex in Chitungwiza.
A seasoned Project Manager holding a diploma and experienced in Project Management as well as Quantity Surveying. Gained experience through tutorship from Costain Africa, then migrated to Dalmet Construction, Mackman and Stally.
He has led small companies in senior managerial areas at Focus Construction and Atlas Construction — with projects including Meikles Hotel, warden flats at Harare Poly, and shopping complexes in Ruwa.
